In case you don’t purchase shipping, Vertigen is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. Under no circumstances is Vertigen fly responsible for delays in shipping once the order is in the hands of the shipping company.
If the customer fails to collect the package or provides incorrect delivery information, Vertigen cannot be held liable for any resulting issues or costs.
